One of my clients is a marketing technology company.
Not the biggest — something like 40 employees.
They configure marketing technology for creative and marketing teams at medium to large organizations — including those in Europe and Asia.
Very successful and profitable because they do great work and really take care of their customers.
But the tide is turning.
Lately there’s been a shift in how they get new clients.
What worked a year or two ago no longer works.
That’s largely due to The Amazon Effect.
